Casey is a licensed marriage and family therapist dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive space where clients can heal from the past and move toward a more awakened future. With a deep commitment to helping individuals gain insight into how past experiences shape their present lives, Casey empowers clients to find clarity, resilience, and personal growth.

Taking a mind-body approach, Casey integrates traditional talk therapy with Somatic Experiencing and EMDR, helping clients explore the connection between their emotions, physical responses, and thoughts. By addressing the root causes of distress, Casey facilitates lasting transformation and healing.

Casey holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and received clinical training at The Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills. She also completed the PSI Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders training. Casey’s experience includes working with preschool-age children using play therapy at Westside JCC and leading groups for teenage students during school hours. Casey collaborates closely with parents, teachers, tutors and other supportive adults to support children's emotional well-being.

Passionate about guiding individuals and families toward healing, self-awareness, and growth, Casey is honored to be part of each client’s journey toward greater well-being.
